Neuro Enlightenment provides educational, wellness, and self-regulation services, including but not limited to:
-qEEG brain mapping
-Neurofeedback sessions
-Educational consultations
-Retreat-based wellness experiences
Services are educational and wellness-oriented in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or psychiatric conditions.
Participation does not replace professional medical or mental health care.
Participation in all services is voluntary.
Participants are responsible for communicating any relevant medical, neurological, or psychological conditions that may affect participation.
Neuro Enlightenment reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation where services may be inappropriate or unsafe.
Results vary between individuals.
No guarantees, promises, or specific outcomes are implied or provided through participation in any Neuro Enlightenment service or program.
Payment is required prior to participation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Due to the nature of retreats, sometimes people do not have their means until the end of a retreat- in that case, payment is due prior to departure from the retreat center.
Pricing, packages, and availability may change without notice.
Due to scheduling, staffing, retreat coordination, and preparation costs, purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Requests related to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Neuro Enlightenment utilizes third-party platforms and providers, including GoHighLevel (CRM and communications systems) and NewMind Technologies (brain mapping and neurofeedback data systems), to support operational and service-related functions.
Remote neurofeedback participation may involve secure software platforms, communication systems, ad session-monitoring technologies used to support training, scheduling, technical assistance, and participant progress tracking.
By participating, you acknowledge that information necessary for participation and service delivery may be processed through these systems.
All reports, educational materials, branding, videos, written resources, and content provided by Neuro Enlightenment remain the intellectual property of Neuro Enlightenment unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.
Participation in Neuro Enlightenment services is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion.
Neuro Enlightenment, its staff, contractors, retreat partners, volunteers, and affiliated practitioners shall not be held liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from participation except where prohibited by law or resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Participant information is handled according to the Neuro Enlightenment Privacy Policy.
Neuro Enlightenment reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation or use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
